A Jackson Circuit Court judge allegedly came to work drunk, sexually harassed fellow judges and a prosecutor, and also improperly injected himself in cases involving himself, family and a defendant in his courtroom, according to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission.
Judge Thomas Wilson is accused of a variety of misconduct, largely off the bench but still related to his judicial duties. The commission, according to a public complaint released Thursday, alleged Wilson also accepted free legal services performed for himself and his children. He's also took too long to respond to cases, according to the commission.
