MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — It's another day in the Poconos for people, going about their routines, but for many, they can't help but think about what happened 24 years ago at the World Trade Center in New York City.
"It was a nice bright day like this that we have right now today," said Earl Frank, Long Pond.
Earl Frank from Long Pond says he was in New Jersey when news of the terror attacks started coming in.
"The plane, something happened to the plane, but then when the second one happened, well, you knew something was going on, then you heard about the Washington one and the one in PA, and then we were wondering how many more were going to happen," said Frank.
