The Sydney Roosters have beaten Cronulla to finish the regular season with a perfect 11 wins from 11 rounds and claim the NRLW minor premiership, closing out the season with a 40-10 win despite losing star halfback Tarryn Aiken to a knee injury.

All eyes will be on Aiken's injury, which was initially said to be a heavy knock to the kneecap in the 15th minute, and she was helped off Central Coast Stadium on Thursday night by two trainers.

She had missed the opening four games of the season with a shoulder injury but had been typically influential since her return, recording 12 try assists and five tries in six games leading up to Thursday's win.

Roosters coach John Strange said medical staff did not think it was an ACL.
