HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A 70-year-old man was killed in a rollover crash near Holland Thursday, deputies say.

It happened around 2 p.m. at the intersection of 104th Avenue and Quincy Street in Holland Township.

The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office says a northbound pickup truck hauling a utility trailer pulled into the path of a westbound sedan. The vehicles collided and the pickup and trailer rolled over.

The driver of the pickup, a 70-year-old man from Wyoming, was killed in the crash.

Another person was pinned in the pickup and had to be freed by firefighters. A release from deputies indicated the passenger in the pickup, a 37-year-old West Olive man, was injured, but did not provide information on the severity of his injuries.
