JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — More families are coming forward with painful stories of grief made worse, not by loss itself, but by what they say are broken promises from a Jacksonville monument company.

Last week, the Ask Anthony team introduced you to two families who paid hundreds of dollars to Remake Stones, a headstone business on Lem Turner Road. They say they were left without the proper memorials they were promised. Now, others are speaking out too. They claim they were misled, ignored, and in some cases, never received a headstone at all.

Roscheika Mickens just wanted to honor her late cousin with a headstone in time for what would have been his 40th birthday.
