Conservative college students in Arizona mourned, prayed and pledged to continue fighting after prominent activist Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10 .

Kirk, the founder of Phoenix-based conservative advocacy organization Turning Point USA, traveled to college campuses across the country for political debates, rallies and major conferences for over a decade. The organization holds a powerful presence at all four of Arizona's major college campuses.
