A musician who spent nearly a decade performing with Fort Wayne Philharmonic is returning to northeast Indiana for several upcoming shows, including Pearl Arts PianoFest on Sunday.

Jodie DeSalvo, now based in Florida, lived in Fort Wayne with her husband and two children from 1989 to 1998. She was the orchestral pianist with Fort Wayne Philharmonic and appeared as a soloist each season during her run. The artist has recorded and produced 13 CDs during her career.

Joining DeSalvo for the 90-minute PianoFest are Alicia Pyle, David Lai and Hamilton Tescarollo. Tickets are free, but reservations are required.

Pyle says PianoFest audience members should expect a great time. The concert will include solo and collaborative pieces, including original works.
