LAKE OSWEGO Ore. (KPTV) - The annual Down Syndrome Network Oregon’s “Buddy Walk” is coming up this weekend . Down in Lake Oswego, folks with Down syndrome and their families are getting their teams ready for the yearly fundraiser.

“I am always excited for the Buddy Walk! When I was little, I loved the buddy walk. I get to see everyone I love, and I just love it,” Abigail McNatt said.

McNatt will be this year’s keynote speaker at the Buddy Walk.

“I’m going to be talking about Down syndrome, and how it is important to me and my family, and how DSNO feels like a family to me,” McNatt said.

While DSNO puts together activities for people with Down syndrome all year round, the annual Buddy Walk is a crowd favorite.
