The 200 people with connections to Boston who died on Sept. 11, 2001, were remembered at the Garden of Remembrance at the Boston Public Garden on Thursday.

Bavis’ brother, Patrick Bavis, was in attendance at the Massachusetts State House on Thursday, to teach kids what he hopes comes from his brother’s death.
