WRENSHALL, Minn. (Northern News Now) - A small community came together in a huge way to support a family who recently lost their daughter.

The community-wide fundraiser was held for 11-year-old Avery Anderson, who died after being hit by a truck in Wrenshall last week.

The town’s population is 454 people, and it seemed they all showed up to celebrate who they are calling Wrenshall’s ‘new angel’.
