In the wake of Charlie Kirk's killing at an event at a Utah university, students in Boston who were already nervous to share their political beliefs before said they are now scared to express their views.

That's what we heard on Comm Ave Thursday, with students from BC and BU discussing the ramifications of the apparently politically motivated attack -- Kirk was a conservative activist active among college students.

“You see that happen and it’s kind of scary no matter what you believe in,” one said.

One student, who identifies as Republican and didn't want to give her name, said she didn't "feel 100% safe."
