Support for President Donald Trump has tumbled among voters in a key battlefield county outside of Philadelphia.

A private poll, first reported by Politico, shows 53% of likely voters in Bucks County view Trump unfavorably, compared with 42% who view him favorably.

A year ago voters viewed Trump favorably by 45 percent and unfavorably by 50 percent.

In recent elections Bucks County has trended Republican with registered Republicans now narrowly outnumbering Democrats. Which way the county goes now has significant implications for the 2026 midterm elections. Joe Biden won the county in 2020, but Trump took it by 1% margin over Kamala Harris in 2024.
