Tamworth's Fitzroy Plaza was closed on Friday morning, September 12, for a very important event supporting mental health.
After RUOK Day? on Thursday, the Blokes BBQ Breakfast was organised by Rural Adversity Mental Health Program Coordinator, Kourtney Orman , in conjunction with the Tamworth Suicide Prevention Collaborative.
The awareness event for men's mental health was aimed at providing information about local support services, and hoping to reduce stigma and increase social connection and access to information about the support services available in the community.
