PETROL prices across the Central West have dropped, bar one town. So where are you going to get the best deal?

According to statistics from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the average fuel prices across the Central West - with the exception of Cowra - have all dropped, from the March quarter to the June quarter, 2025.

The ACCC monitors fuel prices in all capital cities and over 190 regional locations across Australia - including 12 from the Central West.

So, where should you travel to get the best prices?
