ELK TWP. — A former farm on Buck Road would transition to growing marijuana and manufacturing related products under an application coming before the township Planning and Zoning Board at its Sept. 17 meeting.

The property was sold last July to Country Roads Realty LLC, a Collingswood-based business. It co-owns the property with Wigmore Investments LLC of Delanco, according to the application.
