Burrell Behavioral Health sites after its parent nonprofit company Brightli merged with fellow nonprofit Centerstone will start getting new names soon in Columbia.
Springfield-based Brightli and Nashville-based Centerstone formalized the merger Sept. 9 in Springfield, which should close by early November, creating the nation's largest nonprofit behavioral health care provider. Brightli CEO C.J. Davis and Centerstone CEO David C. Guth Jr. signed a master transaction agreement.
