JACKSON - Junior Grey Gagnon shot a 3-under-par 33 as the Portsmouth High School golf team swept a four-team match at Wentworth Golf Club on Thursday, Sept. 11.
"Another great round from the reigning state individual champ who is 3-under total in three combined matches this season," Portsmouth head coach Kyle Harrison said.
Portsmouth shot a team score of 183, beating Seacoast rivals St. Thomas Aquinas (194) and Winnacunnet (220), as well as host Kennett (236). Portsmouth is now 7-1 on the season.
"Great team victory on a tricky course," Harrison said.
Thijs Beelen shot an even-par 36 for the Clippers, while Gus Baker and Grant Haberstroh each shot a 37, and Will Renna shot a 40.
