A yellow weather warning for wind has been put in place for Cambridgeshire and other parts of the UK by the Met Office . The warning is in place from 8pm on Sunday, September 14, and is set to end at around 6pm on Monday, September 15.

The Met Office is predicting gusts of around 45 to 55 mph expected inland. The strong winds are likely to start on Sunday evening but will develop more inland on Monday morning before starting to ease on Monday afternoon and into the evening.

It is likely that "strong and gusty winds" will cause some disruption to travel and interruptions to power. The Met Office has said people can expect some delays to road, rail, air, and ferry transport with some bus and train services taking longer than expected.
