Weather warnings have been extended across the UK as the Met Office warns additional areas are likely to be hit with strong winds over the weekend.
The Met Office has warned wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph are expected to hit the UK over the weekend, with potential for gusts of up to 80 mph possible in exposed spots.
A yellow weather warning for wind comes into force at 8pm on Sunday (September 14). The warning lasts for 22 hours until 6pm on Monday.
On Friday the warning was updated and will now cover the whole of Greater Manchester, Yorkshire and parts of northeast England, as well as southern England and Wales.
