More claims have been made made over a possible transfer for Leeds United goalkeeper Illan Meslier , with the player continuing to face an uncertain future at the club.

The Frenchman has fallen down the pecking order at Elland Road . A number of high-profile mistakes led to him being replaced in goal by Karl Darlow for the closing stages of last season.

Things have not got better for Meslier, with the arrival of summer recruit Lucas Perri pushing him even further out of the picture.
