SHARON HILL — September is National Recovery Month and in observance, the Delaware County Health Department invites residents to join its Rally for Recovery celebration on Thursday, Sept. 18 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Sharon Hill Park, 1201 Chester Pike, Sharon Hill.

The health department is collaborating with the Delaware County Department of Human Services Office of Drug and Alcohol for this event. Rally for Recovery is a time to celebrate individuals in recovery, remember those lost to substance use, and share hope with families and communities still struggling.

Residents are encouraged to bring a blanket and enjoy the evening in a picnic-style setting.
