A man was fatally shot and a woman injured Thursday night at a public housing complex in Bed-Stuy, according to NYPD officials.

Police said officers responded around 11 p.m. to a 911 call about an assault at NYCHA’s Armstrong II development on Lexington Avenue between Marcy and Tompkins avenues. They found a 28-year-old man shot in his head and a 23-year-old woman with a graze wound to her neck.

Emergency medical workers took both of them to Kings County Hospital, where the man was pronounced dead and the woman was listed in stable condition, officials said. Police did not immediately identify the man as they worked to notify his family.

Officials said the investigation is ongoing and no arrests in the case have been made so far.
