HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - The Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites has announced the Native American Days event will return to Angel Mounds State Historic Site later this month.

Officials say Native American Days will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. September 24 through 28, featuring traditional art, live performances, family-friendly activities, food and more. Native American Days is included with regular admission.

The Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites says, happening daily, the Pokagon Band of the Potawatomi will lead the drum circle and visitors are encouraged to join in the dancing with the Iron Bear Singers. Additionally, children can make their own corn husk dolls and try their hand at archery.

Admission to the site is $13 for adults, $9 for childre
