Two people have been rushed to hospital after "taking unwell" in Glasgow . ‌

Emergency services were called to Cresswell Street in the Hillhead area, in the west end, after the alarm was raised at around 2.20pm on Friday. ‌

Ambulance crews attended and the two people were taken to hospital for treatment. ‌

Police have launched a probe to establish the full circumstances of the incident. Their enquiries are ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.20pm on Friday, September 12, we received a report of two people taken unwell in the Cresswell Street area of Glasgow.

“Emergency services attended and two people were taken to hospital for treatment. Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.” ‌
