TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Court documents are revealing new details in the shooting of Florida State University football player Ethan Pritchard.
Just two weeks ago , Pritchard, who FSU Athletics identified as a true freshman linebacker from Sanford, was shot near the Havana Heights Apartments in Havana.
Authorities revealed during a press conference Wednesday that he had attended a family cookout in Havana and was driving two family members, including a 3-year-old child, home when he was ambushed.
“They were in the wrong place at the wrong time,” Keith Wilmer with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) said during the presser.
