OREM, Utah (ABC4) — The Utah Attorney General's Office has released the arrest documents for Tyler Robinson, the suspect in the assassination of conservative political activist Charlie Kirk. The documents detail the series of events leading up to and following Kirk's murder.

Tyler Robinson, 22, was arrested in Washington County, Utah, on aggravated murder, a first-degree felony; felony discharge of a firearm - causing serious bodily injury, a first-degree felony; and obstruction of justice - capital/first-degree felony conduct, a second-degree felony.
