Pitt and West Virginia, set to play the 108th Backyard Brawl on Saturday afternoon, have announced a four-game extension of their football series. The two rivals will now meet every year from 2029 to 2036.

Adding on to a previously existing four-game series that was announced in 2022, this new set of games begins with Pitt hosting West Virginia at Acrisure Stadium in 2033. The Panthers will have other home games against the Mountaineers in 2029, 2031 and 2035. They will visit Morgantown, W.Va., in 2030, 2032, 2034 and 2036.
