The shooting death of conservative political commentator Charlie Kirk sparked a heated social media debate.
The Turning Point USA cofounder was shot during a speaking engagement on the campus of Utah Valley University on Wednesday, September 10, and died at age 31 a short time later after being rushed to a local hospital. A two-day long search ensued for the shooter until 22-year-old suspect Tyler Robinson was apprehended on Friday, September 12, according to the FBI and President Donald Trump.
