GREENWICH, Conn. (WTNH) -- The Greenwich Police Department is asking for help identifying and locating a man who they said grabbed a middle school student from behind while they were walking to school on Thursday.
According to police, the incident took place at around 8:05 a.m. on a paved pathway outside of Eastern Middle School. The suspect is described as a medium-height man with a black hat, black sunglasses, a dark-colored top and light-colored shorts.
Anyone with information related to this incident or security camera footage from the area of Lockwood Road between Riverside Avenue and South Beach Avenue is asked to call the Greenwich Police Special Victims Section at 203-622-8030.
