Major supermarket Tesco has announced a "little" change it will be making across 350 stores, that it hopes will make a "big difference". The new change is aimed at providing "extra support" for families, and particularly parents with babies who are born prematurely.

Tesco has revealed it will be partnering Pampers to offer nappies for premature babies, in Tesco Pharmacies across England, Scotland and Wales.

From this week, the store's pharmacies will offer free Pampers Preemie Protection nappies, which are designed to to be extra gentle on skin.

One in 13 babies are understood to be born prematurely in the UK, with these babies having skin which is up to two times than that of a full term baby. Tesco says the move comes as a way to relieve stress for parents with prematurely born babie
