The mall mainstay and teen accessories retailer, known best for its role in piercing the ears of millions of adolescents, once again filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month. It was the second time the Illinois-based company has done so since 2018 , citing growing debt and a shift away from in-person shopping.
