A Renton man was charged with 10 felonies related to robberies and burglaries in King County, including four in Renton, two that targeted the home of musician Macklemore, and several more that targeted the homes of sports players.
After the Renton Police Department arrested Patrick S. Maisonet, 29, of Renton on Aug. 21, for an outstanding warrant related to a May 2024 robbery, the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged him on Sept. 4 with five counts of residential burglary, three counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of first-degree burglary. Through those burglaries, more than $300,000 worth of items were stolen, including cash, designer bags and two watches valued at over $70,000.
