Revvity Inc., a large biomanufacturing company headquartered in Waltham, is closing its South End facility, and will lay off all 74 employees at the site, according to a state filing.

The company (NYSE: RVTY) informed the state of the job eliminations in a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification that was made public Friday. In a letter accompanying the notification, the company said that most employee separations will happen between April and December 2026, though some employees may be impacted as early as November 2025. None of the employees are represented by a union, according to the filing.
