A Cuban national, Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, has been arrested and charged with capital murder for the brutal beheading of his boss at a Dallas motel earlier this week.

Cobos-Martinez was reportedly in the country with an active warrant for a probation violation, despite previous deportation orders from ICE.

The Department of Homeland Security stated the killing was "completely preventable," blaming the previous administration's policy of not deporting to third-party countries.
