For the second consecutive day, a staffer from Wachusett Regional School District has been placed on leave in connection with social media comments.
Wachusett Regional School District Superintendent James Reilly and School Committee Chair Lauren Salmon-Garrett announced Friday that the employee, who was not named, was placed on administrative leave for “inappropriate social media activity.”
“As educators, the safety and well-being of all students are primary. While we continue to focus on our students, we want to once again thank our staff, families, and local law enforcement for their continued cooperation and partnership,” Friday’s statement reads.
