Groups vying to manage Salt River wild horses

Local leaders say there is a plan to further whittle down the herd of wild horses along parts of the Salt River. While proponents say it's necessary with the ecosystem and climates, others wonder why the move is being made. FOX 10's Lauren Clark reports.
