HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- One person was arrested following a crash on Reid road that authorities say trapped a one-month-old baby.

24-year-old Inocencio Espinobarros was arrested after he was released from the hospital and faces charges of assault, wanton endangerment, operating a vehicle under the influence and more.

Authorities were called to the crash where a van, who authorities say was driven by Espinobarros, was overturned and had crashed into a motorcycle. The motorcycle rider was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Louisville for his injuries.

Authorities say they were able to get everyone including multiple children and the one-month-old out of the van and taken to the hospital for their injuries. Espinobarros is lodged into the Daviess County Jail.
