BLOOMINGTON — Indiana football set a new program record for its longest home-winning streak by beating Indiana State 73-0 on Friday night.
The No. 19 Hoosiers (3-0) have won 11 straight games at Memorial Stadium going back to the their 2024 season-opener. The program's only other double-digit (10 games) win streak at home came during the Bill Mallory-era from 1987-88.
The next longest home-winning streak was seven games (1991-92 and 1967-68).
Indiana has yet to lose a game at home under coach Curt Cignetti, who has ushered in an era of unprecedented success during his 18 months at the helm. The Hoosiers have been nationally ranked for 15 straight weeks from 2024-25, the most weeks nationally ranked in any two seasons in program history.
