ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —

Police are investigating a crash that left a pedestrian hurt in northwest Albuquerque.

The pedestrian was hit near the area of 86th Street and Central Avenue NW. Their injuries were described as serious by the Albuquerque Police Department.

The injured person was transported to a hospital. The APD Fatal Crash Unit is investigating the vehicle crash.
