LINDALE, Texas (KETK) -- Two undefeated 4A East Texas football teams met under the lights on Friday night with the Lindale Eagles coming out victorious against the Van Vandals.

FINAL SCORE: Van 49 - Lindale 56

The Eagles won another close game in week 3 coming off a tight 28-27 victory over Mount Pleasant.

Next week, Lindale will travel to visit a struggling Gilmer Buckeyes team on Sept. 19 at 7:30 p.m.
