SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- After picking up a Week 1 win over Section 9's Monroe-Woodbury, the Saratoga Springs football team took its first crack at a Section 2 squad Friday night with Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake coming to town. The Blue Streaks had no issues with the reigning Class A runner-up, rolling to a 41-7 win.
Saratoga enforced its will on the ground, rushing for four touchdowns - three of which were scored by senior tailback Ben Coryea.
The Blue Steaks were slingin' the ball to start, though. Quarterback Bobby Morris got them on the board in the opening quarter with a 28-yard touchdown pass to Gavin LaFrance.
