Quebec takes a two-games-to-one lead in the best-of-five series, putting Tri-City in a win-or-go-home situation in Game 4 Saturday.
The ValleyCats opened the scoring at Stade Canac Friday night for the second consecutive game in the series. Oscar Campos and Ian Walters singled off Masatoshi Sakurai in the top of the second to set the table. Josh Leslie moved both runners up 90 feet with a groundout, putting two in scoring position for Javeyan Williams, who reached first on a dropped third strike.
