GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — An array of food and a ‘Polish Triathlon’ are highlights of an open-door event at the oldest Polish hall in the United States.
“One More Que,’’ gets underway at noon Saturday at Jackson Street Hall in Grand Rapids.
Sponsors say the open hall event will allow visitors to see extensive renovations that have taken place since 2023.
As the event name implies, barbeque will highlight the menu.
The event, which is open to the public, bids farewell to summer and welcomes the fall season, organizers say. The cost is $8 at the door.
“We’re opening our doors so people can see more of what we are all about," said hall Vice President Mike Kozal. “The food will be fabulous."
