The widow of Charlie Kirk has spoken publicly for the first time since he was assassinated. Erika Kirk spoke from the office where he hosted his podcast. ‌

The father-of-two was killed by a single shot in what police said was a targeted attack, while Utah's governor called it a political assassination. ‌

Authorities have said that the man accused of Mr Kirk's assassination had previously expressed to family his opposition to the conservative activist's viewpoints . ‌
