Despite battling a rare condition, youngster Daisy Lawson is living life to the full. Shortly after she was born, doctors diagnosed her with a rare condition, Congenital Myotonic Dystophy, which came as a huge blow to her parents Tamsyn Tait and Jonathan Lawson.
The Norton pair have thrown themselves into raising money for groups supporting families affected and Tamsyn is a trustee of the charity CURE DM. Tamsyn said: "It is a condition that causes progressive muscle loss and weakness. It affects every muscle in the body including vital organs such as the heart, lungs and brain. A few symptoms include gastrointestinal issues, mobility issues and extreme fatigue to name just a few.
