GRAND RAPIDS, MI - The Grand Rapids Downtown Market is preparing to host an event that supports local artists and business owners.

The Ceramics & Pottery Pop-Up takes place on Sunday, Sept. 14, at 435 Ionia Ave. SW.

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the free event will be held in the market hall greenhouse and banquet room on the second floor.

The community is invited to browse and shop for a wide variety of handcrafted goods, including wheel-thrown pottery, from more than 20 local and regional artists.

“It’s the perfect opportunity to discover one-of-a-kind ceramic art while supporting local artists and small business owners,” Downtown Market organizers stated.
