ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A person is in serious condition after a fire early Saturday.

The fire was reported at around 4:30 a.m. Saturday, on the 3700 block of Dunnica, according to the St. Louis Fire Department. The fire was in a two-story residential building on the second floor.

The fire department said that one person was transported urgently in serious condition.

Fire investigators, utilities, and the building division have been requested to investigate.
