ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - As many continue to clean up and get their life on track after the May 16 tornado, some are falling behind on bills.
They are also facing service shut-off from Ameren.
On Friday, the St. Louis Board of Aldermen urged the utility company to delay cutting service on non-payments through the end of the year.
Aldermen are also asking Ameren to forgive debt on households impacted by the tornado.
