SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Hosanna Church and Relentless Grace non-profit are teaming up this Sunday, September 14, 2025, to host the Heart 4 Souls Community Outreach event.

There will be inspiring messages, food trucks and hundreds of hot meals for people experiencing homelessness.

The Heart 4 Souls event will take place at Forysth Park Bandshell from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
