A house in Hoboken that sold for $3.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Hoboken area in the past week.

The area saw a total of 68 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $1.1 million, or $926 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
